Tap the Share button
In Safari, tap the ⬆ Share icon at the bottom of the screen.

Add to Home Screen
Scroll down and tap ➕ Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Open Wedget
Launch the new Wedget icon from your home screen, it runs full-screen, like a real app.

Sign in
Enter your Wedget account email and password to open your inbox.

Turn on notifications
Tap the 🔔 bell in the top bar and allow notifications, you'll get a buzz the moment a ticket opens.
📲 Why install? The installed app gets real-time push notifications, you'll know the instant a customer opens a ticket, even when the app is closed. On iPhone, notifications require adding Wedget to your home screen first (an Apple rule).
